Plates, glasses and bowls are wrapped separately with paper between them. Clothes are packed in tall wardrobe boxes. Beds, dining sets, wardrobes and showcases are opened where needed and covered fully in bubble sheet and stretch film. Fridge, washing machine, AC and TV get thick foam padding and hard corner protection.

Each carton carries a number and the room name. You get the full item list in your hand before loading starts, so nothing can be missed at the new house.

Many old buildings in Ghatla, Subhash Nagar and Chembur Colony have narrow staircases and small or no lifts. Our loading team handles these every week. They use trolleys, belts, ropes and shoulder pads so that heavy items come down without damaging the walls, the railing or your goods.

In the truck, heavy items are placed at the bottom and cartons on top, with all empty gaps filled so nothing moves on the Eastern Freeway or the highway. The truck is then fully covered with tarpaulin and tied — very important in the Mumbai rains.
